Disney has just completed work on converting a large amount of grass into concrete at the exit to the Magic Kingdom side of the ferry from the TTC.

The lighter concrete used to be a grassy area as seen in this aerial photo. Also removed was the old entrance awning.

Guests wishing to board a ferry back to the TTC now use the previously closed walkway nearest the water as seen in the above photo.

Hopefully this will relieve what was a bit of a choke point with a combination of ferry and bus crowds.
