Disney is reaching out to guests staying at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort via email to make them aware of the construction that will be starting late Spring and possibly running into 2019. Some guests are even being offered up to $75 off per night to make up for the inconvenience.
Beginning May 1st, Centertown will be closed for construction. That means that Shutters, Old Port Royale food court, buildings within Martinique and Barbados islands, Banana Cabana Pool Bar, and Calypso Trading Post will be closed.
If you are already booked and your travel dates are after May 1st, you may qualify for up to $75 off per night. That discount can either be used with your existing reservation or towards relocation to another resort, if available.
