A new LED Fantasmic billboard has been installed as part of the Sunset Seasons Greetings work on Sunset Blvd at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Taking up the same space as the old billboard, the new digital billboard directly swaps flexibility for visibility during the midday sun.

The new LED billboard joins the other billboard near Sunset Ranch Marketplace and will be used in the holiday show. The Sunset Ranch Marketplace billboard also suffers from low visibility in direct sunlight.

Two new billboard ads have shown up on previously unused billboards atop Sunset Club Couture.

All of the attention and work being done in the area is for the new holiday show Sunset Seasons Greetings. Here’s a sneak peek at the projection show being tested on Tower of Terror. Speaking of Tower of Terror, some scaffolding has shown up on the face of the building, presumably due to the new show.

Sunset Seasons Greetings debuts November 9th.
