Disney debuted mobile stages today at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The stages are used for the Star Wars: A Galaxy Far, Far Away show. There are three stages total, and they are able to be rolled away in the evening before the nighttime fireworks show. Let’s take a look.
As we noted earlier, there are three mobile stages, with a small bridge connecting them for the characters to use.
There are two rooms behind the screens where the characters stay during the show.
The stages are all on the lower walkway, leaving the raised Center Stage area unused.
The stages stay in place after each show, but we’ll be back later to capture video of them returning backstage later.
