PHOTOS: Donald’s Dino-Bash Party and Meet and Greets Debut in DinoLand USA at Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Donald’s Dino-Bash, the permanent overlay for DinoLand USA at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, debuted today. As the backstory goes, Donald has recently found out that his ancestors were actually dinosaurs and wants to mark this unexpected discovery with a celebration for the ages. As part of the celebration, there are seven meet and greet areas, featuring:

    • Chip ‘n’ Dale (10am – 4pm)
    • Daisy Duck (10am – 5:30pm)
    • Donald Duck (10am – 5:30pm)
    • Goofy (10am – 5:30pm)
    • Launchpad McQuack (10am – 5:30pm)
    • Pluto (10am – 5:30pm)
    • Scrooge McDuck (10am – 5:30pm)

There will also be a “Dino-Riffic Dance Party” from 4pm to 8pm. Here’s a look at the new decor as well as the meet and greet spaces.

The entrance to the land has a few banners.

The first meet and greet as you enter the land is Scrooge McDuck.

Next to Restaurantosarus is Launchpad McQuack.

Both Daisy Duck and Chip ‘n’ Dale can be found on cretaceous trail.

Donald Duck is meeting at the Donald’s Dino-Bash Welcome Center.

Pluto is roaming in The Boneyard.

The Goofy meet and greet is still under construction. In the meantime, you can find him in the extended queue of TriceraTop Spin.

There are a few fact signs scattered throughout the land.

Donald’s Dino-Bash is a permanent addition to DinoLand USA.
