My Disney Experience App Requesting Guest Feedback on Disney’s Hollywood Studios

We visited Disney’s Hollywood Studios this morning and promptly received a push notification alert on our phone from the My Disney Experience app. The notification was a message from Disney’s Hollywood Studios Vice President Phil Holmes, asking for feedback on our experience in the park.

An email is instantly sent to the email you have on file with your My Disney Experience account. It reads:

As Vice President of Disney’s Hollywood Studios®, I would like to welcome you to the Park. My team and I are thrilled you are here to experience a place where imagined worlds of Hollywood unfold around you.

Your feedback is valued. During your visit, Cast Members will strive to provide you with extraordinary service. If you would like to share feedback today during your Park visit or need assistance, please reply to this email. Cast Members will read and address each Guest message we receive.

We look forward to hearing from you and hope that you will make cherished memories by enjoying all the park has to offer, including the chance to play big in the brand-new Toy Story Land!

The message is basically a virtual version of the card that they handed out to some guests back in June, pictured below. It’s a nice touch and a great way for guests to provide feedback to the decision-makers at the park.
