Disney has extended some of the park hours for four weeks starting in April. Here are the changes:
- April 7 – 28: Park hours extended from 8pm close to 9:30pm close
- April 29 – May 2: Park hours extended from 8:30pm close to 9pm close
- May 3, 4: Park hours extended from 8:30pm close to 10pm close
In addition to the extended hours, park opening has been moved from 9am to 8am on May 27th. The Extra Magic Hours for May 27th has been moved from 8-9am to 7-8am to adjust for the earlier opening time.

It’s probably not true, but I read a rumor they are making the 5th park Disney’s Beastly Kingdom (possibly Dominion) right next to Animal Kingdom. The lands would consist of a central Dragon section (Discovery Island), an Egypt section (Africa), Australia (Asia), a Stars Wars snow planet (Dinoland) and Fantasia (Pandora).
