Walls go up in the Toy Story Midway Mania queue

Walls have been erected in the Toy Story Midway Mania queue in Hollywood Studios. Work is now being done to connect the current queue area to a third track under construction.

Behind the walls, the floor has been ripped up, the queue removed, and Mr. Potato Head sits behind curtains. It looks like an entrance to the expanded area is being opened to the left of Mr. Potato Head.

WDWMagic has reported that work is picking up, and that a third track could open as soon as the end of this year. Walls going up now could support that accelerated timeline. As more attractions and areas close as Hollywood Studios is transformed, there is no doubt that an expansion to the most popular ride in the park is welcome and needed.

The ride itself remains open and as popular as ever during this work.
