Due to growing parking needs at Disney Springs, construction on a third parking garage will start this April.  Located next to the Casting building across from Disney Springs, this new garage will ultimately provide up to 3,000 additional covered parking spaces not only for Guests and Cast of Disney Springs, but also for residents of the Casting and Partners (formerly SunTrust) buildings. It will include the same smart technology as the existing garages, making finding an open space easy and hassle free. A third pedestrian bridge is also in the plans.

Weekends and even some weekdays have been busy since the opening of Town Square and it’s not uncommon for parking to be extremely limited in both the Orange and Lime parking garages after 5pm.
