As we get closer to the grand opening of Pandora – The World of Avatar on May 27th, we’ve got another sneak peek inside the new land. This time we’re off to Windtraders, the Pandoran gift shop where guests can find an assortment of cultural items, shirts, mugs, hats, and even connect with a banshee, but more on that later. Today, we’re focused on the ACE Avatar Maker. For $75, you can have your face scanned and an Avatar action figure created in your likeness.

While the experience wasn’t available during our preview, Cast Members told us that the action figure takes about 45 minutes to make, depending on how busy they are.

There are two chairs in the shop and a facial scanner that grabs your features to put on the action figure. There are male, female, and children action figures available for purchase. Unlike the Banshee Connect experience that we’ll cover more in-depth later, discounts are accepted for the ACE Avatar Maker.
