Disney Springs isn’t done changing yet. With the recent closure of Wolfgang Puck on the West Side, Disney is in the midst of their demolition project to make room for Jaleo by Jose Andres. Let’s take a look.

As you can see, a majority of the building has been demolished and cleared out.

The menu at Jaleo will feature an extensive offering of tapas that reflect the rich regional diversity of traditional and contemporary Spanish cuisine, such as paella cooked over a wood fire, hand-carved Jamon Iberico de Bellota and wood-grilled Iberico pork. The multi-level restaurant will open in 2018.
