CONFIRMED: Festival of Fantasy Parade Moving to 2pm Start August 19th

    As we reported last Friday, the Festival of Fantasy parade will be moving to a 2pm start time on August 19th. The change in time is now live on the Disney World website.

    The move to a 2pm start time matches what Disney did last year during the Fall upcharge party season.

    The move could also indicate that Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is likely going to start earlier than ever this year – on August 17th.
