Disney has announced that the blockout dates for Theme Park Select Passholders have been lifted at Disney’s Hollywood Studios for June and July 2019.
With Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge slated for Fall 2019, it appears that Disney is forecasting some softness for the summer crowds at Hollywood Studios. That said, blockout dates still exist for the Silver Annual Pass for June and July at publish time. The Theme Park Select Pass costs $40 less than the Silver Annual Pass, but will allow you to explore Toy Story Land throughout the Summer while guests who have the Silver Pass will have to watch from the other side of Andy’s fence. June and July were previously blocked out for the Theme Park Select Pass.
The Theme Park Select Annual Pass is unique in that it offers Passholders to get into at least one Walt Disney World park most days of the year. Thanks to this announcement, both Hollywood Studios and Epcot will not have any blockout dates in June and July 2019 as of publish time.
