As we continue our tour around Walt Disney World projects today, our next stop is a look at the construction for Reflections – A Disney Lakeside Lodge on the former River Country site.
In order to provide you with the best look, we not only hit the ground at Fort Wilderness, but also made it to the top of Disney’s Contemporary Resort for an elevated look at the construction. It’s at the top of Disney’s Contemporary Resort that we’ll start the update with.
As you can see below, land clearing is still taking place in some areas of this massive site.
For a better idea of the scope of this project, here is a look at the permit that we first wrote about back in May.
Now for a look at the construction from the ground and aboard Disney’s watercraft service between the Bay Lake resorts.
Now for a look at what we can see from ashore at Disney’s Fort Wilderness. We’ll also take a look at the now vacant Tri-Circle-D Ranch.
We can see that construction fences have surrounded the ranch.
We can even see straight through to Disney’s Contemporary Resort in the distance.
No more horses or ponies until Spring 2020.
As always, keep checking back with us here at BlogMickey.com as we continue to follow the construction at Reflections – A Disney Lakeside Lodge and much more from around the Disney Parks.
