Crêperie Goes Vertical at France Pavilion Expansion in Epcot

Work continues to progress at the France pavilion expansion that will eventually be the home of an all-new attraction to Epcot – Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure. The attraction is said to be a clone or very close reproduction of a similar Ratatouille-themed attraction in Walt Disney Studios Park at Disneyland Paris. While the attraction may be the same, the area created for Epcot will differ from the mini-land out in Paris, including an authentic crêperie.

The new crêperie will feature the cuisine of celebrity chef Jérôme Bocuse, the mastermind behind the pavilion’s Chefs de France brasserie and its celebration of gourmet cuisine, Monsieur Paul. With a menu inspired by the Brittany region of France, the new location will offer table service dining as well as a quick-service stop for guests craving savory crepes called galettes and sweet crepes.

We made it out to Epcot this morning to find that the structure that will be the future home of the creperie has gone vertical. Here’s a look at the construction site. The crêperie is the structure on the left below, with the structure on the right being a dedicated restroom space.
