As we wind down summer and begin looking toward the fall and Christmas seasons at Walt Disney World. With the end of the Disney company’s fiscal year on September 30th, we also see the end of some of the limited-time offerings that Disney debuted earlier this year. Here’s a list of everything that will be ending on September 30, 2019.
Mickey & Minnie’s Surprise Celebration at Magic Kingdom Park
Now it’s time to say goodbye, to all our company…Mickey and Minnie have had their fun and Mickey & Minnie’s Surprise Celebration is coming to an end, which comprises of two offerings. First, the Mickey and Minnie meet and greet in celebratory outfits will come to an end on September 30th. Also ending September 30th is the “Long Lost Friends” meet and greet that has been taking place all summer long.
An Incredible Celebration at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
The Super Shindig will come to a close on September 30th. This dance party included characters from The Incredibles such as Mr. Incredible, Mrs. Incredible, and Frozone.
The Edna meet and greet and select offerings should remain open past September 30th.
“Hakuna Matata Time Dance Party” at Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Celebrate the 25th anniversary of Walt Disney Pictures’ “The Lion King” at Disney’s Animal Kingdom along with Timon and Rafiki in the “Hakuna Matata Time Dance Party” on Discovery Island. Let your inner animal roam free on the dance floor in this raucous party…through September 30th.
Illuminations Glows Away
While not a part of the “Surprise Celebration”, Illuminations: Reflections of Earth will have its last showing on September 30th. It will be replaced by Epcot Forever, and eventually HarmonioUS.
