Dedicated Disney Skyliner Guest Service Phone Number Installed in Cabins

A new sticker has been installed next to the emergency call boxes within each Disney Skyliner gondola cabin. The sticker gives a local, dedicated phone number for Disney Skyliner guest services. Despite some incorrect information posted on the internet, this phone number is not an emergency phone number. It is a concierge phone number for things like missed dining reservations or FastPass+ selections if you experience extended downtime on the Disney Skyliner gondola system. Cast Members we spoke with stressed that if there is an emergency while on board the Disney Skyliner gondola system, you should call 911 and then use the Emergency Call Box located in each guest cabin.
