Disney has just announced that The Pirates League will be closing permanently this summer at Magic Kingdom. The final day of operation will be Sunday, July 26, 2020.

Ahoy! Think you’ve got what it takes to join the Pirates League? Come aboard for a swashbuckling pirate transformation that can include a hairstyle, facial effect and other special treasures. Or choose a deluxe head-to-toe makeover into a mesmerizing mermaid or pirate captain!
To complete your initiation, the Pirate Masters will give you a unique name—and share stories of life on the high seas.
While an announcement about the closure of the location has been made, Disney hasn’t said what will be replacing it in the future.
