Work is underway on the exterior of the Mission: SPACE attraction at EPCOT. The work, from what we can see, consists of repainting, perhaps even making the pavilion a bit more vibrant. Here’s a look around!

Perhaps the most striking change is painting the moon…purple. Cast Members we spoke with assumed it’ll fade over time in the Florida sun.

Also underway is a stripping of the paint along the low wall before it gets a new coat.

Other sections of the pavilion look like they’ve got a new, vibrant coat of paint.
