Disney PhotoPass Database Unavailable for Disneyland Paris Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Guests looking to access their Disney PhotoPass photos from Disneyland Paris aren’t able to do so right now.

When visiting the DisneyPhotoPass.eu website, visitors are met with the following message:

Thank you for visiting the Disneyland® Paris Disney PhotoPass™ website

Due to the exceptional circumstances linked to the Covid-19 pandemic, access to the Disneyland Paris photo data base is currently unavailable

We apologize for this temporary situation and thank you for your understanding

While it’s unclear what the Coronavirus situation has to do with a database, the end result is the same – no access to photos. According to Disney, photos are available online for 1 year after the first use of the PhotoPass+ card.
