According to the Disneyland website, new hotel, dining, and other bookable reservations aren’t available before July 1st. A spot check of the website showed no availability before July 1st.
As of publish time, the Disneyland website notification still lists June 1st as the first available date for reservations, but nothing appears to be available before July 1st.
Disneyland officials confirmed that they are removing dates from the website, according to the OC Register.

If they are trying to open at 50% capacity june 1, wouldnt it make sense to not accept any additional reservations. Thank you for causing panic in all my clients!
