Currently, the ability to purchase an Individual Lightning Lane and/or Disney Genie+ service is unavailable and guests are receiving errors when trying to advance through the purchase flow. An error message saying that “something went wrong” pops up when guests attempt to make an Individual Lightning Lane selection.
