Iger: Disney Hybrid Workers Need to Work In Office Four Days Per Week Starting March 1st

According to an email from Disney CEO Bob Iger, hybrid employees will be required to spend at least four days per week on-site starting March 1, 2023. Disney is targeting a Monday – Thursday work week for hybrid employees to return to the office.

In the email, Iger said that he believes that working together in person will benefit Disney’s creativity, culture, and the careers of the employees.

Current job postings list hybrid roles as having 3 days in the office per week.
