Earlier today, it was announced that former Walt Disney Imagineering President Bob Weis received an honorary window at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The window is located near the Hollywood & Vine restaurant and we stopped by Disney’s Hollywood Studios earlier today to take a closer look at the window following this morning’s announcement.

The window reads “Flower Street Pictures” as a nod to Walt Disney Imagineering’s headquarters at 1401 Flower Street. Bob Weis is listed as the Studio Head, a nod to his time as the President of Walt Disney Imagineering from 2016-2021. The tagline “Our Productions Entertain the World!” is a nod to not only WDI’s immense reach to Disney Parks around the world, but possibly even Weis’ projects, which range from Disneyland in California to Tokyo DisneySea in Japan, and just about everywhere in between. Weis was a creative leader for the creation of Disney’s Hollywood Studios (then named Disney-MGM Studios).
