With Wandering Oaken’s Trading Post leaving Soundstage 1, rumors of a third track for Toy Story Midway Mania are starting to pick up steam, but that’s not the best of it! It looks like an expansion to Pixar Place is in the works for the entire Backlot area.
Operating hours for the Studio Backlot Tour, Honey I Shrunk the Kids Movie Set, Coke Bottle Food Stand, Studio Catering Company, and the High Octane Refreshments all end by October 11. In essence, that entire area could be closed in three weeks! All other attraction operating hours for Disney’s Hollywood Studios run through January. So either all of these attractions, that are close in proximity, are missing those dates as part of a scheduling glitch, or they are closing to make room for something better!

Well, it is actually also next door to Star Tours, and I’ve already heard news conferance hints at a larger SW presence in DHS…so look and listen, I hear the Star Wars Theme ….
How about the long rumored Monsters Inc. rollercoaster, Radiator Springs Racers, a Bugs Life dark ride,
