  • Bay Lake Tower, Disney’s Contemporary Resort | From January 26, 2026 to Early May 2026, The Bay Cove Pool, the water play area and the whirlpool spa at Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort will temporarily be closed for maintenance. The Bay Lake Pool, the feature pool, the water play area and the whirlpool spa at Disney’s Contemporary Resort will remain open for Guests to enjoy.
  • Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort | Now through 2026, you may see and hear construction and refurbishment work during daytime hours. The ongoing enhancements may impact views from several places within the Resort hotel property. To minimize disruptions during your stay, activities that may create noise will begin no earlier than 9:00 AM.
    Refurbishment work is subject to change due to operational needs or weather conditions.

  • All Star Movies | From January 2025 through April 2025, Fantasia Pool at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort will be closed for routine maintenance. Guests may see or hear construction work during daytime hours. During this time, Guests are welcome to swim in the Duck Pond Pool at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort
  • Disney’s Beach Club | Photos of pool refurbishment
    From January 2025 through June 2025, Stormalong Bay and Shipwreck Pool at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resorts will be closed for routine maintenance. Guests may see or hear construction work during daytime hours. During this time, Guests are welcome to swim at the Tidal, Admiral and Dunes Cove leisure pools.
  • Disney’s BoardWalk | From January 2025 through May 2025, the merchandise locations along Disney’s BoardWalk will be refurbished in phases. Two merchandise locations will remain available for Guests throughout the refurbishment. During this time, Guests may see and hear construction activity in the area.
  • Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort | Beginning January 13, the Fuentes del Morro Feature Pool and Aquatic Play Area will be closed for routine maintenance and is expected to reopen at the end of January. All other resort pools will be available.

    Beginning March 24, 2025, Sebastian’s Bistro will be closed for refurbishment and is expected to reopen at the end of March. Guests may see and hear construction in the area until work is completed. While the restaurant is closed, we invite you to enjoy the many other dining options at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort.

  • Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Bay Lake Tower | From Sept. 2024-Sept. 2025, room refurbishment work will take place in Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. During the refurbishment, Guests will see and hear construction work throughout Bay Lake Tower. Additionally, the Skybridge may experience intermittent closures. Please allow extra time for travel as alternate paths may be utilized.
  • Copper Creek at Wilderness Lodge | From mid-May 2025 to September 2025, Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge will undergo refurbishment. While all Resort amenities will remain available, you may notice refurbishment work during daytime hours.
  • Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort | Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is currently undergoing refurbishment. Guests will be able to see and hear construction around the resort – including the lobby – during daytime hours. Most Resort hotel amenities will remain available. Please allow for extra travel time.

    The Courtyard Pool, spa, and Courtyard Pool Bar at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa are scheduled to be closed from January 20, 2025, through late February 2025, for routine maintenance on the Courtyard Pool building.

  • Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort | Now through 2026, you may see and hear construction and refurbishment work during daytime hours. The ongoing enhancements may impact views from several places within the Resort hotel property. To minimize disruptions during your stay, activities that may create noise will begin no earlier than 9:00 AM.

  • Disney’s Pop Century Resort | Refurbishment work is happening at the Everything POP Food Court through April 2025. The full menu and all seating will remain available for Guests to enjoy. During this time, Guests may see or hear construction work in the area.

    From late March 2025 to mid-February 2026, guest rooms at Disney’s Pop Century Resort will undergo refurbishment. While all resort amenities will remain available, you may notice construction during daytime hours.

  • Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter | From May 2024 through Spring 2025, some Guest rooms at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter will be under refurbishment. Guests may see or hear construction work during daytime hours. Most Resort hotel amenities will remain available.
  • Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside | From early April 2025 through the end of January 2026, guest rooms in the Magnolia Bend at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside will undergo refurbishment. During this time, guests may see or hear construction work in the area.
  • Disney’s Riviera Resort | Topolino’s Terrace closing January 12-25 for refurbishment
  • Disney’s Yacht Club Resort | From January 2025 through May 2025, some guest rooms at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort will be under refurbishment. Guests may see or hear construction work during daytime hours. Most Resort hotel amenities will remain available. We apologize for the inconvenience.

  • M. Mouse Mercantile | May 20th through July 12th
  • World Premiere Food Court | July 1st through July 31st
  • Everything POP Food Court | July 29th through end of September
  • All Star Sports | From July through September 2024, Sport Goofy Gifts and Sundries will undergo refurbishment work. The store will remain partially open for guests to shop during the refurbishment. Guests may see and hear construction work.
  • Disney’s BoardWalk Inn | Disney’s BoardWalk Inn and Disney’s BoardWalk Villas are being refurbished with new offerings; plus, updates are coming to our Guest rooms, lobby and more. While most Resort hotel amenities will remain available, you may be able to see and hear construction during daytime hours. Additionally, please allow for additional travel time.

    From July through August 2024, the exterior of Disney’s BoardWalk Inn tower will undergo maintenance work. Guests may see and hear work during daytime hours.

    From August through mid-September, Leaping Horse Libations will undergo refurbishment work. During this time, a temporary bar will be available on the pool deck from 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Guests may see and hear construction work during daytime hours.

  • Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort | From January 2024 through late March 2024, the Fuentes del Morro Pool at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort will be closed for routine maintenance. Guests may see or hear construction work during daytime hours. During this time, Guests are welcome to swim in any of the 5 leisure pools at this Disney Resort hotel.

    The Barbados leisure pool will be closed July 29 through the end of September. During this time, we invite guests to enjoy the Fuentes del Morro feature pool and our other four leisure pools around the resort. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort | Beginning July 13, 2024, horseback riding will be temporarily unavailable Monday through Friday at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, due to construction. However, rides may be available on Saturdays and Sundays during this time. Check the My Disney Experience mobile app on Friday of each week to see if horseback riding is happening on the following Saturday and Sunday—and if available, reserve a ride.
  • Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort | Now through Fall 2024, work will take place to paint the exterior of buildings throughout Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort & Bungalows, with Guest room balconies also being affected. Guests may see and hear painting work during daytime hours, typically from 9am to 5pm

    As we prepare for the proposed expansion at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, you will see and hear construction at certain times of day. To minimize disruptions during your stay, activities that may create noise will not start earlier than 9:00 AM.

    Now through 2026, you may see and hear construction and refurbishment work during daytime hours. The ongoing enhancements may impact views from several places within the Resort hotel property. To minimize disruptions during your stay, activities that may create noise will begin no earlier than 9:00 AM.

  • Disney’s Wilderness Lodge | From April through December 2024, Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge will undergo exterior refurbishment work. During this time, Guests may see and hear construction work during daytime hours.
