Frozen Ever After Closing January 24th at EPCOT for a Single Day

Frozen Ever After, the popular Frozen-themed water ride that has launched clones around the world, will be closed on January 24th for a single day at EPCOT. It is highly unlikely that there will be any substantial changes to the ride during the closure. Frozen Ever After will reopen on January 25th, according to Disney.

Hong Kong Disneyland just opened their World of Frozen land, which included a nearly identical clone of the EPCOT attraction. The most notable change was the departure from rear-projection faces on the character to a sculpted, physical face. The change was widely welcomed by theme park fans, but Disney has not announced any plans to change the EPCOT version, which contains rear-projected faces that sometimes malfunction, and are often hard to photograph or video.
