It’s laughter they’re after when a brand-new land themed around Pixar Animation Studios’ “Monsters, Inc.” comes to life at Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World Resort. 

Picking up after the events of Pixar’s beloved film, humans have now been invited to visit the world of Monsters, Inc. — and the monsters need laughter to power the city and keep it running smoothly. 

Monsters Inc. Land will feature a brand new suspended roller coaster that will take guests through the door vault as seen in the movie. 

Door Vault Roller Coaster 

While getting to walk through the streets of Monstropolis is exciting enough, the land will include a signature attraction where guests embark on a thrilling roller coaster ride through the Monsters, Inc. door vault.

The upcoming door ride will feature the first-ever suspended coaster at a Disney Park, and the first-ever vertical lift. guests will board the vehicle before being hoisted into the air (just like in the movie!) to zoom into the door vault.
