Disney Vacation Club has announced that the Member Lounge will be closed starting June 2nd for a planned refurbishment. The lounge will open a little more than a month later on July 14th. During that time, The Odyssey will be utilized as a temporary lounge. Here’s the announcement:
DVC Lounge Refurbishment
Please note the Member Lounge in the Imagination! Pavilion will be temporarily closed from June 2, 2024 – July 13, 2024 due to a planned refurbishment. The Lounge is scheduled to reopen on July 14, 2024. During this closure, please use a temporary lounge space located inside The Odyssey.
The Disney Vacation Club Member Lounge is located in the second floor of the Imagination Pavilion in World Celebration at EPCOT. Last month, a permit was filed for work at the Imagination Pavilion. In the permit, the expiration date was listed as November 28, 2025. The refurbishment of the DVC Member Lounge is unlikely to be extensive, and it will wrap up in roughly 6 weeks.
