After a rain-soaked first Not-So-Scary party last Friday, the Headless Horseman has returned as a pre-parade sighting during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. The Headless Horseman rides along the full parade route, starting 15-20 minutes before the official start of Mickey’s “Boo-To-You” Parade. We were in attendance at last night’s Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and caught the Headless Horseman riding down Main Street USA!
