Disney Lorcana has announced first-look details for its second set of cards: Rise of the Floodborn. Here are the announced details:
Illumineers, we’re excited to share the next set release for Disney Lorcana TCG, Rise of the Floodborn! This set dips into the inky origins of floodborn glimmers. The six magical inks… Amber, Amethyst, Emerald, Ruby, Sapphire, and Steel, were released in a mixed-up chaotic form, resulting in a mysterious flood which damaged the Great Illuminary. When storyborn or dreamborn glimmers encounter this mixed ink, they surge with a power that changes them, transforming them into floodborn glimmers. As the magical ink poured out of the illuminary, treasured lore went with it, including King Triton’s powerful trident.
Disney Lorcana: Rise of the Floodborn features more than 200 cards with brand-new artwork. Fan favorites like Winnie the Pooh and Tiana appear for the first time, while six additional Disney stories join the game’s lineup:
- Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs
- Pinocchio
- Zootopia
- The Great Mouse Detective
- The Jungle Book
- Raya and the Last Dragon
Additionally, a new Keyword makes its debut, Resist. The Resist keyword indicates how much additional damage characters may be able to withstand. For example, Resist + 2 on a character would mean any damage dealt to them is reduced by 2.
Here are the products that will launch on November 17th at local game stores and then December 1st for a wide release.
