We made it out to Disney’s Hollywood Studios this morning to take a stroll around and see what’s new in this ever-changing park. While near the MuppetVision 3D exit, we wanted to document the current view that guests get of the Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge construction.
A new wall brings the show building closer to the MuppetVision 3D building and allows guests to see the construction even closer than a month or two ago.
Zooming in on the structure reveals some of the engineering details.
What appear to be roofing supports are going in on the new wall.
Angled steel will likely be for a show scene.
A catwalk could be for a variety of things. Either access for engineering, or even a part of a scene that takes place aboard a massive First Order ship.
A wide look at the building as a whole.
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge will open at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in 2019.
