Big Thunder Mountain Railroad will undergo a roughly 3 month long refurbishment starting a week from today. It is rumored that the ride will receive the mine shaft lift hill upgrades that were installed at Disneyland back in 2014. Here’s a video of the effect in Disneyland.

The ride is currently scheduled to re-open to guests on November 19th.
