New Concept Art Released for Frozen Land Coming to Walt Disney Studios Park; Frozen Celebration Details Announced

A flurry of news is coming out of Disneyland Paris this morning, including a new look at the Frozen-themed land coming to Walt Disney Studios Park. As a reminder, the Walt Disney Studios Park in Paris is going to be receiving a 2 Billion Euro expansion as part of much needed improvements to what is considered the worst Disney park. As part of the expansion, new lands will be introduced to the park including a Marvel-themed land, a Star Wars-themed land, and a Frozen-themed land. As part of the original announcement of the expansion, Disney released the following art showcasing the expansion and, in part, the Frozen-themed land.

Now, here’s a look at the new concept art released today.

As a reminder, the Frozen-themed land will feature an attraction that will transport guests into the heart of the kingdom. The centerpiece of the land will be the Arendelle mountain, which will top out around 131 feet tall. In addition to the single attraction, there will be shops, a restaurant, and a meet and greet area.

Disney also released a new poster for the Frozen Celebration, which will take place in Disneyland Paris from January 11, 2020 to May 3, 2020. The festivities will include a dazzling new show four times a day on the parade route starring Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, Olaf and Sven with incredible dancers and acrobats along with an enchanting new float! Characters from Arendelle will also take part in the Disney Stars on Parade with a “Frozen”-inspired float. During the evenings, the magical adventures of Anna and Elsa will come to life during Disney Illuminations.
