In addition to some of the other recently announced Annual Passholder extras, Disney has announced that there will be special effects coming to all four Walt Disney World entrances for Annual Passholders. Here’s the announcement:

We’re introducing new special touches for your visit to say “welcome back” to our loyal Passholders—here are a few to make sure you check out.

Receive special recognition at the theme park entrances and via the My Disney Experience app.

Theme Park Entry—Coming in October
Annual Passholders have a theme park entry lane at each of the Walt Disney World theme parks. Be sure to follow the signage featuring the program’s new look. And coming soon, Passholders who have affiliated their My Disney Experience account with their Annual Pass will experience a unique color and sound sequence when using their MagicBands to enter Walt Disney World Resort theme parks—it’s our way of saying “welcome back to the magic” each time you visit!
