Disney Has Not Contacted State of Florida Prior to Today Regarding “Don’t Say Gay Bill”, No In-Person Meeting Has Been Set

According to a statement attributed to the office of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, The Walt Disney Company has not previously reached out to the State of Florida at any time before today regarding the “Don’t Say Gay Bill” that recently moved through the Florida Legislator. The office of the Governor also said that no meeting has been set, perhaps contradicting an earlier statement made by Chapek.
