As work continues to progress on Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana, crews are beginning to install lighting to bring the area to life. We didn’t have time to jump on the monorail, but we could see the themed lighting from inside the park. Here’s a look!
This particular area is toward the end of the walkthrough attraction as seen in the concept art below. It’s very likely that the Journey of Water – Inspired by Moana attraction will have MagicBand+ integration and it’s possible that the lighting elements could play a part in whatever effects there may be in the attraction.
