New Coral Reef Sign Installed at EPCOT

|

A new Coral Reef sign has been installed at EPCOT after the previous sign was removed during the EPCOT overhaul project. The new sign is located near the entrance to the restaurant, letting guests know that the unique dining experience exists. We made it out to EPCOT recently to take a look!

New Coral Reef Sign

The new signage carries forward the motif found at The Seas with Nemo & Friends and a wall near the Coral Reef Restaurant itself. The “EPCOT font” joins the Coral Reef logo on the sign, and fish are (ironically enough) swimming in the direction of the restaurant.

Near the entrance to the restaurant is an older sign with a different color scheme. The word “Restaurant” is also in the Coral Reef font, instead of the “EPCOT font” found on the newly installed sign.

At Coral Reef, guests can enjoy underwater dining, with tiered seating to provide views of a 5.7 million gallon saltwater aquarium filled with thousands of sea life. While a menu offers guests an explanation of what will be on their plate, a fish guide allows guests to learn more about the sea life swimming nearby.
