Following negotiations earlier today, Unite Here Local 362 has teased an “important” announcement at 5pm today. It’s likely that Disney and the Service Trades Council Union have reached an agreement. As a reminder, the STCU was seeking an $18/hr minimum wage and full retroactive pay back to October 2022 which is when th previous contract expired. Disney was offering $17/hr and partial retroactive pay. An agreement has not been formally announced.

The STCU recently held a “Rally for a Raise” and returned to the bargaining table for the first time in over a month.
