Impressive Construction Pace Continues For Polynesian Village DVC Tower, Structure Dominates Resort Skyline

Construction is continuing at an impressive pace for the new Disney Vacation Club tower at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. Construction went vertical just over a month ago, and pre-fabricated sections of the resort have been installed nearly every day since then. Earlier today, we took a walk around Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort to take a look at the latest construction progress. Here are a few vantage points of the construction, from both the grounds of Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort and the monorail.

First, here’s a look at concept art for the new tower, which is expected to open in late 2024.

The tower, which is at it’s tallest point minus decorations on top, is visible from the pool area.

Let’s continue with a closer look at the building.

    1. It’s atrocious!!! Totally ruins the immersion the rest of the resort strives so hard and until now, succeeded in doing.
