Disney fan sites were ablaze this morning after they thought that a lack of operating hours indicated a closing date for Splash Mountain. Of course, industry watchers know that Disneyland does not post all of its operating hours for the year at one time.

According to the incorrect info posted this morning by fan sites, Splash Mountain was thought to be closing May 7th, but an update from Disneyland reiterates that the attraction is operating that day as reflected by the posted operating hours on its website. Disneyland has not announced a closing date for Splash Mountain at this time.
