Estimated Callback Times Return to My Disney Experience App for Guests in TRON Lightcycle Run Virtual Queue

After removing estimated callback times during the opening season of TRON Lightcycle Run due to wildly inaccurate data, the estimated callback times have returned to the My Disney Experience app for guests who have joined the TRON virtual queue. As you can see in our file screenshot below, the “Estimated Wait” display gives guests a good idea of when their group might be called to ride TRON Lightcycle Run.

TRON Lightcycle Run is notorious for having a strict callback window, forcing guests to constantly monitor the Boarding Group progression throughout the day. In theory, a guest should receive a push notification when their group is called and then have a maximum of 60 minutes to return to the ride. If you miss your return window, Cast Members have been instructed by management to not allow you to ride.

Hopefully, Disney World has collected enough data over the past few months of operation that they are presenting more accurate estimated callback waits and guests can use the data to better plan their day at Magic Kingdom.
