The slowest month of the year seems to be a wonderful time to add Annual Passholder “Good-to-Go” dates, and Walt Disney World is doing just that. Since our last update on the reservation-free dates, Disney World has added five new “Good-to-Go” dates through September 26th. Here’s the latest:
September “Good-to-Go” Dates
- September 11, 12, 15 (NEW), 17 (NEW), 18 (NEW), 24 (NEW), 26 (NEW)
So far, there have been 10 “Good-to-Go” dates in September. In reality, every day of the month should’ve been made a “Good-to-Go” date. This is the slowest month of the year in terms of crowds, and even Labor Day is the slowest holiday of the year. Ultimately, the “Good-to-Go” perk isn’t much of a perk and something that we flagged back in January when we called the perk “pointless”.
I’d love to see Walt Disney World start to move away from the Disney Park Pass system for Annual Passholders who purchase passes with blockout dates anyway, but Disney Experiences Chairman Josh D’Amaro has been an early champion of the system.
