The Florida Blue Lounge has returned for the 2024 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. Florida Blue Members and guests alike can enjoy the lounge, which is located in the still-shuttered Restaurant Marrakesh in the Morocco Pavilion. In this article, we’ll take a look around, show you how you can visit the lounge for free, and what you’ll find inside!
The Florida Blue Lounge is open daily from 12pm noon until 6pm.
EPCOT Floride Blue Lounge Registration
In order to access the lounge, guests will either have to be a Florida Blue member, or obtain a guest pass. You can find the guest pass either by searching for the Florida Blue Lounge in the My Disney Experience app, or by visiting FloridaBlue.com/magic. Alternatively, you can download the guest pass here, or find it embedded below. Simply show the guest pass and you’re in!
EPCOT Florida Blue Lounge Tour
The lounge will be familiar to guests who have visited a lounge setup in Restaurant Marrakesh before. The entire dining area is open (no food, but complimentary water and cold brew), and there is plenty of seating in the air conditioning to enjoy. Unlike the Annual Passholder lounge earlier this summer, there was no wait during our midday visit today, and no need to join a Virtual Queue. Only the pass is required for entry.
Complimentary Water, Tea, and Cold Brew Coffee
Staying hydrated is good for more than your physical wellbeing. It can also improve concentration, reaction time, and the ability to multitask. That’s because water helps brain cells communicate with each other!
To share the health benefits of hydration, Florida Blue is pleased to provide a variety of revitalizing beverages, like Moroccan mint tea.
As part of the “Hydration” section of the lounge, guests can find complimentary beverages.
Complimentary Tile Sand Art
There’s a reason making art is so much fun! The creative process encourages the release of endorphins – feel-good chemicals that can improve mood and even reduce pain.
To celebrate the role art can play in health, Florida Blue invites you to create a one-ot-a-kind mosaic tile to take home with you today.
This activity may look familiar to guests who visited during the 2024 EPCOT Festival of the Arts. Guests visiting the Florida Blue Lounge can express their creativity with Sand Art, and the creation of a complimentary tile. Here’s a look at the process, which takes about 15-20 minutes from start to finish – plenty of time to relax!
Finally, as part of “relaxation”, there are plenty of spaces to relax and recharge with air conditioning. We wrote this entire article from inside the lounge, and it was a wonderful way to break up the day while visiting EPCOT.
