The popular Minnie Van service is now available to all guests visiting Walt Disney World. First announced at the 2017 D23 Expo, the Minnie Van service began operation in mid-July of last year. The service was originally exclusive to select resort guests, and was slowly expanded to more and more resorts throughout the past few months. Disney has now expanded past resort guests and has made the service available to everyone.
