PHOTOS: Adventureland Veranda Behind Walls

We made it out to Magic Kingdom this morning for a look around at what’s new. We often make Adventureland or Liberty Square our first visit and noticed walls up around the Adventureland entrance, continuing back to the Veranda.

Adjusting our viewpoint meant that we could see the work (or lack thereof) going on behind the walls. The seating area has been cleared out and PCL Construction was on-site with Imagineers taking measurements of the area.

There are also tarps up on an exterior, rear portion of Skipper Canteen.

Finally, an attempt at hiding a pontoon boat likely in connection with the construction.

A permit likely in connection with the work being done notes a completion date of March 31, 2018. No word on what the work is for, but it’s been rumored that Club 33 is getting an Adventureland location.
