Disney is not being shy with their Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge content, sharing a look inside the land on their kids-focused tv channel – Disney Channel. While the video seems to mostly go over content that we’ve already covered in-depth, there are some glimpses of parts of the land that we haven’t heard a lot of yet. One such item is a Probe Droid. You might remember that Probe Droids are typically used by the Empire and other nefarious individuals as a way of remotely spying on their adversaries. According to Wookiepedia, the Probe Droid has been used by Darth Maul on Tatooine and the Empire while on Hoth. Here’s the glimpse we get in the video of the reconnaissance droid.

You may recall that there was a Probe Droid photo op at the 2018 Star Wars Half Marathon put on by runDisney. While the photos below show a photo op prop, we’re happy to see that Disney has added a ton more detail to the droid in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.
