Disney has recently expanded the footprint of the Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind construction site, with walls now encompassing the Play Pavilion and surroundung walkways. We took a trip on the monorail to give you an elevated look at the expansion before taking a look from the ground as well.
It’s possible that with more construction walls up in the area, we’ll see Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind walls come down in the coming days or beyond.
As you can see, the work takes over quite a large space, although very little of it was actually used by the average guest during a visit to Epcot. We then take to the ground for a guest-eye view of the work. We’ll start over at the Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind site before making our way towards Mission: SPACE.
The repainting of the exterior of the former Universe of Energy pavilion continues.
We’ll make our way over to Mission: SPACE now.

Finally, here’s a look back towards Mouse Gear from Mission: SPACE.
