According to a tweet from @DVCNews, we have a list of Disney Vacation Club (DVC) refurbishments on the horizon, starting next year with Aulani.
Announced at the 2019 Disney Vacation Club condominium meeting, there are two types of refurbishments described – full refurbishments, and a refresh. What each of those really means in terms of upgrades remains to be seen, but it definitely looks like Boulder Ridge Villas and Hilton Head will go under the knife in an extensive manner.
Here’s a list of what type of refurbishment will be done, and when.
Full Refurbishment
2020: Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge Resort
2022: Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort

2020: Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas
2021: The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
2022: Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows
2022: Disney’s Beach Club Villas
