Disney’s Vero Beach Resort Exterior Refurbishment Early 2026
From February 9, 2026, through May 2026, exterior refurbishment work will take place at Disney’s Vero Beach Resort. During this time, Guests may see and hear construction work during daytime hours.
Disney’s Vero Beach Resort opened in 1995 as the first Disney Vacation Club property outside of the theme park area. It’s located about 2.5 hours southeast of Walt Disney World on beachfront property overlooking the Atlantic ocean.
